Kiva Beans and Paypal
PayPal is our ecommerce partner. We chose our orders to be processed by PayPal because it is safe, accurate and easy. When you click the add- to- cart button to purchase Kiva Beans gourmet products you will then be directed to PayPal's secure website and asked for your credit card and billing information. We at Kiva Beans never view this information. PayPal sends us your email address and shipping information so we can fill your order promptly.
If you are already a registered PayPal user, please make sure that your PayPal (not Ebay) customer shipping address information is updated and correct.
Shipping
Our primary carrier is the United States Postal Service. We ship USPS Priority Mail which usually takes 3 to 4 business days for delivery. Free samples are sent USPS Parcel Post running 5 to 7 busines days.
If expedited shipping is requested we use either the USPS or DHL. For international orders we ship via DHL.
Returns
Any product or merchandise can be returned to Kiva Beans within 21 days of purchase for a full refund, no questions asked. Shipping and handling charges are not refundable.
